Whether you prefer a Free Flow session where you move at your own pace or a Guided experience led by our expert instructors, each 75-minute session immerses you in the transformative power of contrast therapy. Feel blissed or buzzing as you navigate between the invigorating chill of ice baths and the soothing warmth of saunas. This is your moment to recharge, connect, and transform.

GUIDED BLISS

Step into a guided session that weaves through the sauna and ice bath, aimed at dissolving stress and smoothing out life's tensions. Guided by passionate professionals, this nurturing path is carved out for collective moments of self-care, aiming to rebalance and soothe both body and mind.

Example Guided Bliss Session

Start your Guided Bliss journey with Box Breathing (10 minutes), a simple yet powerful technique that helps calm the nervous system and center your mind. Next, move into the Guided Sauna (10 minutes), where you’ll perform a Gua Sha self-massage focusing on pressure points, enhanced by the soothing aromatherapy of Ylang Ylang and Bergamot. After the sauna, choose between a cold therapy session (10 minutes), either an invigorating ice bath or a refreshing snow massage. Return to the Guided Sauna (10 minutes) for EFT tapping to release emotional stress and further relax your body. Transition through a mist shower (5 minutes) to refresh and revitalize. Conclude your session with a tranquil Sound Bath experience (20 minutes) in a seated area or sauna, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over you, leaving you deeply relaxed and mentally clear.

GUIDED BALANCE

Embark on a meaningful exploration designed to help you navigate and regulate emotions in an ever-changing world. Led by skilled guides, this session offers a deep dive into the spectrum of human emotions, providing a supportive environment for personal insight and transformative growth.

Example Guided Balance Session

Begin your Guided Balance session in the seating area with Recovery Breath or Cat-Cow breath (10 minutes), to gently awaken the body and prepare the mind. Move into the Guided Sauna (15 minutes), where you’ll practice Gua Sha self-massage, enhanced with Eucalyptus aromatherapy, and engage in breathwork. Transition through a mist shower (5 minutes) before experiencing cold therapy (5 minutes) with a 2-5 minute ice bath to invigorate the senses. Return to the sauna for stretches, mindfulness, and visualisation (10 minutes), before a final cold therapy session (5 minutes) and concluding with a 20-minute sauna session focused on deep relaxation, visualisation, and mindfulness.

Join us for a guided voyage into the heart of warmth and cold, designed to ignite your inner strength and enhance your vibrancy. Under the guidance of an expert, this session unites participants in a journey to awaken body and mind, leaving you feeling revitalised and full of life.

Example Guided High Session

Start your Guided High experience in the seating area with Power Breath or Breath of Fire (10 minutes), a technique that boosts circulation and oxygenates the body, particularly beneficial in the heat. Move into the Guided Sauna (15 minutes) for stretching, mindfulness, and an invigorating aromatherapy snowball (Grapefruit/Peppermint). Transition to the ice bath (10 minutes), where you’ll spend 3-7 minutes experiencing the invigorating cold therapy. Return to the sauna (15 minutes) for breathwork and visualisation, followed by a mist shower (5 minutes) to refresh. Conclude your session with a final ice bath (10 minutes) to sharpen mental focus, and end in the sauna with relaxation techniques.

FREE FLOW

Immerse yourself in a 75-minute journey of self-discovery, navigating through the warmth of the sauna and the invigorating chill of ice baths at your own pace. This session empowers you to explore wellness elements freely, with a coach available to offer guidance and advice as needed, but without the structure of a formal session.

Example Free Flow Session

In a Free Flow session, participants are encouraged to explore the sauna and ice baths as they wish, enjoying a more energetic soundtrack where whispering and hushing are not expected. You can choose how to spend your time within the 75-minute session, with the freedom to interact, relax, or energise at your own pace. A coach will be present to provide support and suggestions, ensuring you make the most of your experience, but the session remains unstructured, allowing you to tailor it to your personal needs.

Session Benefits

The Free Flow session offers the perfect balance of freedom and support, allowing you to explore the benefits of contrast therapy on your terms. With the availability of a coach to assist as needed, you can feel confident in your choices while enjoying a dynamic and energising atmosphere.

75-Minute Spa Session Pricing

Our 75-Minute Fire & Ice Spa Sessions are available in two options:

  • Free Flow – 40 Credits or £40

  • Guided – 50 Credits or £50

You can choose to pay per session, or enjoy a lower cost by purchasing credit packs or a weekly membership.

For example, a 75-Minute Free Flow Spa Session costs 40 credits.
If you’re on a 120 Credit Weekly Membership (£48 per week), those 40 credits effectively cost you just £16 — saving 60% compared to the single-session price.

That’s enough for two Free Flow Spa Sessions, or a Guided Spa Session (50 credits) plus a Reformer Pilates class (30 credits) — the choice is yours.
