Fire & Ice at R1SE is a self-guided contrast therapy experience that combines hot saunas and ice baths at different temperatures. It’s designed to boost recovery, improve mood, and leave you feeling recharged and refreshed. 

We now have two dedicated Fire & Ice Studios in Sheffield, each offering a unique setup and sensory experience:

🧊 R1SE Brook Place

Our Fire & Ice Veranda features an outdoor barrel sauna, a 1-person infrared sauna, and three ice baths — the perfect combination of natural heat and cold exposure in an open-air setting.

🔥 R1SE Performance, Recovery & Longevity Studio (Kelham Island)

Our Kelham Island location takes recovery to the next level with a large Finnish sauna, a spacious infrared sauna, four ice baths, mist showers, a snow machine, and gua-sha massage equipment — all designed for advanced performance and restoration.
