We have Peak Time and Off-Peak Memberships available.  Peak Times are weekdays from 4.30pm to 9pm and weekends, all other times are Off-Peak.

Our Off-Peak Memberships are ideal for home workers, shift / night workers, early birds and the the retired.  You get access to all weekday classes starting before 16:30.

This is 20% off our Peak memberships and allows us to offer the best value boutique yoga & Pilates in the UK.

We offer memberships to suit your budget, lifestyle and goals.  All of our memberships only have a 12 week commitment, if you want less commitment then purchase session passes.

We have partnered with the largest fitness pass providers in the world to make sure that you can R1SE your way.

It is always our aim to make accessing R1SE directly cheaper than coming via 3rd parties but if you already use one of the mediators or you have Gympass via work it can be a very good option for you.
